Internet Purchasing Policy

 


At Johnson Premium Hardwood Flooring®, we are committed to bringing you the finest hardwood flooring selections available, with outstanding quality and at the right price. To reach this commitment, we recommend only making flooring purchases at an authorized retailer showroom, rather than at an internet or online retailer. 

 

Effective February 2011, Johnson Premium Hardwood Flooring will not recognize any warranty claims on our hardwood flooring products purchased over the internet. Claims will not be reviewed and warranties will be voided.

 

The Internet has become a valuable tool for product research, but it is not the right place to make flooring purchases. Hardwood flooring is not an everyday purchase, but it is a project which must be carefully planned with a knowledgeable sales representative or professional designer.

Technical Support

Within our dealer network, Johnson Hardwood provides excellent technical assistance to dealers with installation.

 

Customer Service

Having a sales person to speak with directly is a great asset if you run into any issues with shipping, installation, or even if you just need a quick answer.

 

Shipping

We work directly with our dealers to make sure the product is delivered on time and according to schedule. At times when purchasing online, possible shipping delays and damages are harder to resolve without a local representative to speak with.
